Mediation

Why Mediate

Mediation is the process of resolving issues between people for the benefit of the people involved.

The foundation of my practice is to help people find solutions for life situations (or problems as the case may be). Respecting people, their position within a situation, and understanding who is affected by the decisions being made, is crucial for successful mediation. Taking the time with the people involved, allowing them to acknowledge what the end result should be, and being able to help people discover workable solutions - this is mediation.

The Neutral Agency offers fair and reasonable solutions by providing: flexibility, reason, structure, a safe place for people to be heard, a workable solution for all involved, and compromise without defeat.

Life is challenging enough without the struggle of the traditional process of the legal system. Mediation is the most cost-effective way to solve any problem you believe you need to seek legal action for.
