Mediation, Supervised Visitation, or Exchanges, involves an initial intake interview with each party, and the cost is a flat rate. Mediation is scheduled in increments of 2 - 3 hour periods, depending on the situation and is billed at an hourly rate. Multiple sessions may be required for your situation. Supervised Visitation or Exchanges are usually governed by a Court Order which will need to be reviewed prior to scheduling a visitation or exchange.
